Utilities are not included in rent, unless it's specifically stated for that unit.

Do you allow Burlington Telecom?

We utilize Comcast in our Burlington units.

Do the units have a washer/dryer?

Some units have a washer and dryer, but it is specified on the unit's listing if that unit has one. There are laundromats located in close proximity to the units that don't.
